In-Process Monitoring – Rapid carbon-silicon analyzers and spectrometers monitor molten iron composition in real time. If deviation occurs, the formula is adjusted immediately; non-compliant molten iron never enters the casting process.
Casting Operations – Equipped with DISA and HWS fully automatic casting lines — 13 molding lines in total, including 4 vertical molding lines — ensuring automated, stable casting production.
Machining Operations – Over 1.000 high-precision CNC machining centers, including Mazak (Japan) and WIA (South Korea) equipment, covering horizontal, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers to ensure consistent dimensional accuracy.
Finished Goods Inspection – A full-scope outgoing inspection system covering dimensional accuracy (CMM), internal defects (X-ray / magnetic particle inspection), performance testing (fatigue testing / dynamic balancing), corrosion resistance (salt spray testing), and NVH tuning. Destructive tests such as fatigue and salt spray are conducted per sampling plans to ensure every metric is backed by data.
Building on this foundation, we implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) to create a closed-loop system of "real-time monitoring → data collection → trend prediction → timely adjustment." With our MES (Manufacturing Execution System), every finished product is linked to its material batch, process parameters, and inspection data from each production step — enabling full traceability from finished part back to the original melt heat, and from the final inspection report back to every individual process.
